Airport Delivery Coordinator
Are you reliable & punctual with a knack for providing excellent service? Join our team as an Airport Delivery Coordinator and play a key role in helping families traveling to and from the Charleston area.
This position is dedicated to managing airport-based deliveries and pickups, often during unconventional hours, to accommodate changing flight schedules. You’ll ensure that our customers have a seamless and stress-free experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy the flexibility of non-traditional work hours. Proximity to the Charleston International Airport (CHS) in North Charleston is preferred, as most deliveries are to this location. Being nearby helps minimize travel time and the challenges of navigating the area’s often-congested traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, ensuring a stress-free experience for traveling families.
- Coordinate and complete car seat deliveries and pickups at Charleston-area airports, adjusting to flight delays, early arrivals, or late departures.
- Communicate professionally with customers using our email and texting platforms.
- Complete deliveries on time, even during late-night or early-morning hours, to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory cleanliness and readiness of car seats and other gear.
- Efficiently load and organize your vehicle to handle multiple deliveries seamlessly.
- Utilize a flight tracker app to monitor and adapt to real-time flight changes.
To Be Successful:
- Maintain a clean and organized storage space at home for company rental gear & supplies between deliveries.
- Your storage space and vehicle must be smoke-free environments to maintain the fresh and neutral scent of the rental gear.
- Designated storage area should be a minimum of 8’ x 8’ (or ~64 sq.ft.). We can supply shelving, if needed, to utilize floor-to-ceiling space.
- Wash and launder car seat covers & any other covers / linens associated with the gear, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next rental.
- Allow for a site visit by the business owner to review and approve the designated storage area for rental gear.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Provide proof of insurance.
- Pass a background check
- Own a reliable smartphone (iPhone or Android) for seamless communication and route navigation.
- Coordinator must have a reliable & presentable vehicle for transporting the gear.
- Vehicle may be a large sedan, SUV, minivan, etc.
- Vehicle must be of size to transport car seats (up to 8), as well as our other rental gear, including a folded crib.
Pay Structure:
As an Airport Delivery Coordinator, you’ll benefit from a straightforward and rewarding pay structure:
Delivery Fee + Rental Commission + Tips
- Delivery Fee – You keep 100% of the airport delivery fee, which includes both delivery and pickup for each order.
- Normal Delivery Hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm): $35 per order.
- Outside Normal Hours: $10 extra per hour outside of normal delivery hours.
- Rental Commission – You’ll earn 45% of the rental cost per car seat & other rental gear delivered & picked up from the airport.
- Car Seat rental rates:
- 1–3 Nights: $50
- 4–5 Nights: $60
- 6–7 Nights: $70
- 8–11 Nights: $85
- 12–14 Nights: $95
- 15–31 Nights: $110

Operations Coordinator
We’re seeking a motivated individual for our Operations Coordinator position, handling business operations and logistics for both Charleston Baby’s Away & Beach and Games To Go:
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations: i.e. scheduling, invoicing, and customer service
- Coordinate with property managers/owners and local residents regarding timing and access for delivery and pickup of rental equipment
- Work with corporate & event planners regarding special events
- Plan daily delivery and pickup routes with our team
- Supervise logistics of equipment loading into appropriate vehicles & trailers
- Deliver beach and baby equipment to Charleston vacationers, including setup and breakdown
- Oversee equipment cleaning/maintenance for inventory and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Hire both seasonal (10+) and off-season employees (1-3)
- Direct regular social media posts and other marketing channels to promote businesses
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office management and/or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 45 pounds and perform physical labor as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Work Environment:
- As a small business, we value adaptability and the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities
- 35-40 hours per week, with most Saturdays and some Sundays being required during primary season (April to August)
- We’re willing to work with a flexible or a fixed schedule
- Fast-paced, dynamic office/shop environment
- Our deliveries go to Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, Downtown Charleston, and other locations with breathtaking views!
- Our normal business hours are Sunday thru Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility outside these hours is needed, especially during peak season
Starting Pay: $20/hour + monthly performance bonus, with potential for an increase after a 30-day review.
Delivery Driver ~ Full-time or Part-time
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a delivery driver for our Charleston Baby’s Away & Beach and Games To Go equipment rental services. This can be a full-time or part-time position, with opportunities for additional responsibilities and compensation, based on skill sets. (The more versatile you are, the more hours available!)
*Our regular business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, 7 days/week ~ please apply only if you have availability during these times*
Responsibilities may include:
- Deliver beach and baby rental equipment to local residents and customers vacationing in our area
- Load/unload and setup equipment using good safety practices
- Clean and maintain rental equipment
- Adhere to procedures for cleaning and inspecting rental gear
- Basic upkeep in and around our shop
- Organize shop inventory
- Assists other team members when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Support management with daily office operations
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs. (a crib)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Weekend Availability during our peak season months is ideal
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Background check and clean driving record are required

Part Time Cleaning Crew Member
To ensure our customers receive sanitary, gently used gear for their vacation or event, we’re seeking an attentive & detail-oriented individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all basic upkeep in and around our shop
- Follow protocols for sanitizing baby/beach gear and party games
- Adhere to procedures for rinsing, drying and inspecting rental gear
- Organize inventory
- Vacuum, sweep and take out trash
- If you love doing laundry, we’ve got plenty!
- Assists other team members when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable – great time management skills are a must!
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team or independently
- Reliable transportation
